Senior UI designer - permanent

We're hiring a Senior User Interface Designer with the experience and inspiration to tackle complex problems. You will live user experience, designing flow and interaction for web, mobile and IPTV.

You
+ Can solve complicated problems, approaching them with 'why' and 'what if' mentality
+ Understand technical constraints, pushing the boundaries
+ Work with lead strategist and technologist to create the best solution
+ Must be able to work independently and self-motivated
+ Create functional specifications, prototypes and finished work

Requirements
+ 5 years experience designing software experiences, more than web is a plus
+ Experience of working with small team
+ Ability to be flexible for a variety of projects and precise under deadlines
+ Expert at Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash
+ Solid design skills, preferably formally trained and/or relevant qualification
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
